Description

You will write a 1 page (400-500 words) project proposal. Reference do not count in the page total. This will be the beginning of your original research effort culminating in a conference quality paper and associated presentation. Your proposal should address previous work, specific methods to be used, and expected results. Make sure to include appropriate references. Use the IEEE format for citations and references.

Format

Turn in your assignment in MS word format. The electronically submitted version should be single spaced. The hardcopy versions should be double spaced.

Submitting
