You are to act as a technical reviewer/editor for a proposal. Correct any grammar, spelling, or other stylistic errors. Also, suggest corrections for any larger structural problems with the proposal. For example if an idea is not clearly presented or the proposal could flow more smoothly with a different logical flow, suggest to the author how these problem might be corrected. Write a 1 page (400-500 words) critique. You should critique the paper on the following levels with greater emphasis given to the last two items.

• How well the article flowed/written?
• Was the article easy to follow?
• Blatant errors/missing info?
• Overall critique of their methods?
• Critique of their conclusions from results given?

Concrete, actionable comments and criticisms are best. Don't make personally or derogatory comments about the author or proposal. If the proposal is excellent, say so and make comments to improve it even further. If the proposal is poor, say so and provide concrete suggestions to improve it.
